Trailaway Homes are designed for a simple top to bottom clean in between tenancies, avoiding costly patching and painting touch ups and carpet cleaning normally associated with managing properties. The units are design to last even in the toughest environments.

Transportable

All our units are designed to be transported via HIAB delivery giving excellent access and siting options at competitive rates. Well located ‘Plug and Play’ power and water connections assist the transportable and re-locatable attributes and make them easily re-usable, contributing further to the residual value of the building.

History

In 2005 Trailaway Homes developed a transportable mobile cabin for temporary living accommodation in Home parks and caravan parks.
Twelve years on they were still delivering quality, low maintenance living for the occupants. Being relocatable owners enjoy a steady increase in residual value. The plug and go electrical, plumbing and waste engineered connections complies with building regulations for temporary living for most local councils.
In todays market it was identified there was a real need for these same requirements for large volume, accommodation solutions. The Trailaway team re-developed the product and utilise the latest innovative materials to go beyond existing building standards and deliver a building that will perform for many years to come.
